Use the pre-charged battery inflator. Aim for 8–10 PSI and never exceed 12 PSI.

Can I install an iPoolgo pool alone?+
Setup can take about 45 minutes, excluding filling, using the supplied programmable inflator. Two people are recommended to unfold and position larger models, particularly the Ø 5 m and 6 m pools.
How do I choose the right model?+
Start with the available diameter, then choose the height according to the desired depth, users and access constraints.
What rules apply before I install a pool?+
Check with the relevant local authorities before installation. Planning permission, fencing, access, water safety and tax rules depend on your country, region, property and how long the pool stays in place. A removable pool is not automatically exempt.
Can the structure deflate or be punctured?+
The wall uses Drop-Stitch technology, also used in high-pressure paddleboards. When inflated and used as instructed, it provides a stable structure without a metal frame. It is still inflatable: monitor pressure, keep sharp objects away and follow the maintenance guidance.
How long does delivery take?+
Delivery estimates depend on your destination, the model and stock or pre-order status. Orders ship from France or from the nearest warehouse. Check the delivery information or contact us for an estimate for your address before ordering.
Should the pool be stored for winter?+
We recommend draining, drying and storing the pool before severe frost, following the instructions for your model. This limits exposure to freezing conditions and helps maintain the structure.
